Fundraising
Our goal with the fundraising program is to make it as easy as possible for participants to get started.  

1.    Families, scouts, friends, and small groups will simply take orders from customers, fill out the customer information on the individual order form provided, collect the money, then submit weekly.  High Point Coffee will then roast and ship your order--there is no minimum!  On the first order we require that you pay up front before shipping and subsequent orders will be fifteen days net.

2.    Churches, schools and other large community organizations may want to order ahead and have an inventory on hand.  Tables and/or tents are ideal to sell coffee.  Offering coffee samples will stimulate sales.  By ordering several hundred bags at a time you will ensure an adequte inventory-- selling out over a weekend is possible.

We've simplified the forms and distribution.  You will receive the following information when you are ready to get started:
  • An order form for your group to order coffee from our roasting facility.
  • An individual order form that will allow participants to keep track of their sales.
  • A color brochure to present to your customers at the time of sale.
  • A letter to parents who may want to be involved with their child.


All coffee orders are roasted to order to ensure freshness.
